关于亚马逊Amazon直邮问题的几点官方答复

1. 实收关税<预收关税

亚马逊确实是多退少不补，会在退款生效后60天内发邮件，自己要保持关注

Whenever the actual import fee deposit collected is less than we estimated, we’ll issue a refund for the difference. We’ll send you an e-mail once the refund goes through. Keep in mind that the process takes 60 days from the shipment date.

2.货到即损和保修

收到货30天内都可以向Amazon提出，亚马逊负责退货或者退款，超过30天以后的损坏就要自己去找制造商了（在某国等同于自力更生了），亚马逊认为货到即损是应该在收到30天内检查到的。

You can return any item after 30 days from you receive if the item is shipped by Amazon. Post the 30 days you must contact the manufacturer, because if the item is damaged then could be checked when it arrives.

3.能不能申请个人使用不走商业通道报关

很遗憾，不能由你选，系统自动选择
